On Friday 10th February, all children at Brockhampton were involved in Safer Internet Day. Over recent years, a focus on creating a ‘safer’ internet has evolved into creating a ‘better’ internet.
Whether we are children and young people, parents and carers, educators or social care workers, or indeed industry, decision makers or politicians, we can all be the change and unite for a better internet.
Therefore, the children took part in a variety of fun and engaging activities linked to the 'Be the change: unite for a better internet’ theme throughout the day to understand the importance of the internet in our lives and how to stay safe when using it.
